It establishes standards of conduct and procedures to prevent, identify, report, and respond to abuse, exploitation, harassment, neglect, and other forms of harm, while promoting accountability, dignity, and a culture of safeguarding across all organizational activities.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cmcnepal.org.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Children-and-Adult-Safeguarding-Policy_3rd-amendment.pdf\">Child &amp; Adolescent Safeguarding Policy<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cmcnepal.org.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/PSEAH-Policy.pdf\">Prevention of Sexual Exploitation Abuse &amp; Harrassment (PSEAH) Policy<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cmcnepal.org.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/GEDSI-policy_English_Dec-2020.pdf\">Gender Equity Disability &amp; Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Policy\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cmcnepal.org.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Whistle-blowing-guidelines.pdf\">Whistle Blowing Guidelines<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Whistleblowing and Reporting Concerns<\/h3>\n<p>CMC-Nepal is committed to transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. Anyone, including staff, partners, and community members, can safely and confidentially report concerns about misconduct, abuse, harm, or unethical behavior.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reportable concerns include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Violations of CMC-Nepal policies or Code of Conduct<\/li>\n<li>Exploitation, abuse, harassment, or discrimination<\/li>\n<li>Fraud, corruption, bribery, or misuse of resources<\/li>\n<li>Data security breaches<\/li>\n<li>Safeguarding and child protection concerns<\/li>\n<li>Conflicts of interest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Not for reporting:<\/strong><br \/>\nRoutine HR matters, workplace grievances, performance issues, or interpersonal conflicts should be addressed through regular management and HR channels unless they involve serious misconduct.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confidentiality and Protection<\/strong><br \/>\nAll reports are treated confidentially, and retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.
