Where the children are deprived of parental care, they are helped to find family-based alternative care in their own communities. This project is implemented in Jumla, Humla, Rolpa and Salyan districts in the mid-western region of Nepal. The project is financially supported by Terre des hommes Foundation, a Swiss INGO and activities are implemented through district based NGOs partners. CMC-Nepal builds technical skills of its partners in psychosocial support and social issues through training and supervision of social workers.
