This project in financial support of UNICEF addresses the unique psychosocial needs of children and adolescents with disabilities, their families,and frontline humanitarian actors in earthquake-impacted areas of Jajarkot and West Rukum through:
- Inclusive psychosocial services: Trauma-informed mental health support, play therapies, creative expression activities, and peer support programs fostering connections and resilience.
- Referral Network: Provide a linkage to specialized services and disability specific support.
- Enhancing Coping Strategies: Through trainings and workshops for the frontline humanitarian actors.
Impact: This project fosters emotional well-being, strengthens family resilience, and empowers youth with disabilities to rebuild their lives.
